Hi All.
Before I begin I would like to state for the record that I am not a developer of Reign of Vampires, nor do I have any way to contact them. I'm a player just like yourselves, who was active in the community and put answers to questions here.
It is unfortunate that is has come to this but it appears to me that developer involvement has come to an end for Reign of Vampires. The Developers have made no modifications or any official communication with the community since 11/25/2009. It is my personal opinion that the developers have left the game to pursue other interests.
I'm posting this because I'm continuing to get questions, mostly asking what's after Transylvania. I will be checking in with the game periodically in the hopes that the developers might pick it up again, and if they do, then I will happily resume updating the blog.
The information listed is still very prevalent to the game as it exists, and I hope people continue to use this for a resource.

Because half january, a new version of "Nearby Vampires" was implemented on FROV, the only thing better there than on ROV by the way.
And a little change occurred those last days : applications names were homogeneised in both versions to "Vampires".
I think it really sucks that the developer is MIA when people are spending their money on a dead end game that is deteriorating by the day. Maybe Facebook should refund the money people are using to buy abilities? Maybe a class action suit is needed here...
On may 6th was installed a correction that prevents use of negative values in the links, web interface of the game.
Unfortunately, to date the characters haven't been cleaned of their already existing negative values as they should have (forcing them to a null or positive value : 501 would be best choice).
But it shows that, somewhere, sometimes, some dev is still doing something ! Lmao
for the spread sheet for investments a cemetery costs $589,251 i would like to see the new stats please fix asap thanks :)
