Friend of the Day?

Ok, what is the point of this? Does this do anything? Every time I've done this it is someone not in my clan, not in my friends list. Am I supposed to add this person as a friend, or as the crosshair picture seems to suggest, attack them or put them on the hit list?
There is nothing listed on the wall from the devs about this feature.
Have you noticed anything about this feature? What are your feelings about it?

Shadow Form
Shadow form is updated on the spreadsheet all. Sorry for the delay.
BTW, it's not really worth it. It's the same cost as Astral Vision was but is 4 points under.
Notice however that they have what seems to be a classification tag in the name? The Astral ones had (Astral) and the shadow has (Shadow). It seems redundant now, or at least a goofy naming convention. However, the devs alluded to having special bonuses if you owned all the items in a set. As it stands, we don't know what exactly constitutes a set, but it would seem to make sense that it would be an attack power, defense power and enhancement.
So at the moment it appears that we have two sets to be collecting, Astral and Shadow. Wonder what the bonuses will be!

Addendums and Revisions
Hospital: The hospital works rather differently than I stated in the Hospital post. It appears through testing that once you are in the hospital you remain there for approximately 1 hour, not until you log in again as previously suspected. I think this is good, because it keeps the players that are no longer playing as targets for the rest of us.
You can also continue to attack even when your down to just one hit point. Which normally means you will kill yourself in the attack. Keep an eye on your health when attacking and becareful to avoid racking up deaths on yourself this way.
The downside is there is no way to use the hospital as a respite from vampire attacks, like there is in Vampire wars.
Investments: They have changed the way investments work. These now increase in price as you purchase more of them, up to what appears to be a maximum where the income from the item equals 1% of the purchase price. This makes all investments eventually equal in terms of ROI. So no more buying hordes of coffins.
Boss Drop Rate: This has changed to start at 5% when you begin a tier with no mastery, advances to 7% when all tasks have level 1 mastery, 9% at level 2 mastery and finally 11% when you have achieved level 3 mastery. - Thanks to David Barentine for figuring out how this works and correcting my incorrect assumption.

Astral Invisibility added
I've added Astral Invisibility to the spreadsheet. Good News, if you want 501 astral invisibility it would only be $3006, instead of the $4008 you spent on Astral Vision. So just $7014 to be king of the hill.
